    Okay guise. I am not the savvy with the laws of the US. I need to know the answers to this question.

    If a guy were to upload a video to the youtubes that looks suspiciously like a suicide note, and police were called to family of this guy. Can he be arrested for being a major fucking waste of time or what?

    Doesn't stick that well for me.

    I dunno about the US, but you can get arrested for wasting police time in a lot of other countries.

    I'm sure there would be fines and mental evaluations if the police got dragged into it. I don't think they'd lock you up for it though.

    This year in the Irish school system is called "Transition Year". Basically, you focus less on academics and more on extra-curricular stuff, like programming, sailing, craft, film making and photography. And you get temporary jobs to learn about working life and shit. I'll be doing it for a few weeks later this year :)

    My high school had mandatory community service (150/200 hours) that was supposed to serve this purpose.
