He's an anti-hero comic character of sorts in the Marvel comics universe. He's not really a hero or villain, just kinda neutral. Anyways, he has a disfigured body, and wears a full body suit, and is cursed with immortality or something, he's also an expert marksman. He's famous for breaking the fourth wall and being an all around silly and mischievous character.

"Cursed with immortality"? More like gifted with it. In addition to his damaged sanity.
