Ahh, it only took 3 weeks for people to start voting in "underdogs". This is generally an indication that I should stop right there.

 

No fun when you are heads above everyone.

 

Even still, voting should not be for reasons like a feeling of inevitability. If people were voting me down because they honestly feel someone elses work is better then fine, I can live with that, but when people leave you off the map completely because they feel you're going to win anyway... Yeah, it's not a good feeling.

 

It can't be helped that you have such mad skills. You seriously make some awesome sigs. I like 'em a lot.

 

I get what you mean, i dont think you winning every contest would make less people want to participate.

Its not like there in some kind of winnings.

Hence why many sites do anonymous votes. The SOTW organiser gets PM'd the entries and they're posted with no names on them, thereby avoiding you chucklefucks from voting for sigs based on author and not merit.
