Well it's normal for parents for wanting their kids to have good grade.

I still remember everytime my parents want to talk about grade.
It sure hit me deep.

I like to think grades have no impact on how you do your job in the future.

The range of grade for me is....
45 and below is E
45 - 60 is D
60 - 70 is C
70 - 80 is B
80 - 100 is A
C is mostly count as a bad one, if 50 and above is counted as PASS it will make it easier and doesn't really makes me look like having a bad grade. :

That's why my college really focused more on Soft Skill rather than Hard Skill.
