You guys made me sad enough that I'm going to go start an argument on a Zelda forum about how wrong it is that Link isn't left-handed in the new Zelda game they're making.

While I agree that Link being right handed is breaking from Zelda canon and doesn't look right aesthetically on Link...
I have to side with the developers with their decision on this one.

Nearly 75-90% of people are right handed. It would be irresponsible for the developers to restrict players to wielding the sword on their left hand when they are right-handed. It would be awkward and uncomfortable for them and would detract from the whole gaming experience.

Anyways, I'm sure that there is always an option to switch hands during gameplay. They did it with the DS Zelda games, why not do it for the Wii as well?
