I actually watched her acoustic version of Friday and she can sing, kinda, she just can't write a good decent passable listenable song.

 

But she did not write it.

 

I heard the acoustic version and...she isn't good. But she's not terrible, and can improve with practice. As long as she vows to never use auto-tune so blatantly again.

Also, it's impossible to take the lyrics seriously.
