Well no...But seeing how I can't beat the Post-E4's E4...Yay for my undeleveled team!
And it depends from game to game. Cuz not all of the pokemon give out great exp...

I chose black of one pokemon.

My team is under-leveled as well. It was a surprise, incredibly easy E4 and then 3 straight difficult battles. And then past the gates are level 60+ trainers while my Pokemon are 48-54....

 

Nintendo likes to screw with people's heads...

But those trainer were pushovers!

I CAN'T HANDLE IT.

 

And a good portion of the NPCs past the E4 now have One Hit KO moves.
And so far, 5 of them have struck within 3 battles :S

 

Of all 4 of these OHKO moves that happened to me, all of them hit.

All those rumors are just rumors after all, the only thing that has been proven that when the game was released a lot of Bioware staff made a lot of 10/10 user review scores. And IMO, any fanbase that's seriously butthurt would love to spread the rumor around too.

I'm not sure if EA is too keen on the business of bribing considering they never released NBA Elite 11 and the average scores of MoH. Not only that, I don't doubt that DA2 would've sold regardless of bad scores it still would've done well with the name alone and people just checking out the game to see if it's that much of a disappointment (guess what it is disappointment but it's still not bad).Also, my god I'm horny.

 

Dissidia Duodecim prologus is better than I thought it would be for 3 bucks.
