Actually stat-wise, Oshawott is better in terms of power and versatility in attack ranges. And his final form is the most badass of the three.
I'll definitely be picking him.

 

Smugleaf looks awesome at all times but Samurai Otter it is.
He redeems his odd looking self when he evolves, and he's far more useful.

I DEFINITELY WON'T be using that ice-cream pokemon.
No self-respecting pokemon player would recognize ice-cream as a pokemon.
