I know the feeling...though I admit I brought it on myself.

Not much can really be done, even getting older, without the will to challenge your fears they will be ever present, you could always settle for the little you have as one option although it makes for a very boring life (see-mine)

You shouldn't be any stranger to the occasional scrap, I know I'm not (although I've been on both sides of the outcome). And even if it's someone you care about it's not such a big deal, I used to have severe anger management issues and injured my sisters on occasion through not keeping myself in check. 'Course, you wouldn't know that because I don't bitch about it. I've made friends and lost friends because of dick moves on my part. I've been through rough times head-wise. I lost all self-respect and dignity for a while and turned any relationships I had in that time into sex-charged mockeries. And you wouldn't know about those either, because I don't bitch about it. I'll put it in a quintessentially NZ-Aus manner: "don't be a whiny cunt".

You should go get some help, kiddo. Or chill out. Nothing matters, life's a game. You play to the circumstances. Everyone shows a different facet of themselves to other people, it's a purely social reaction that we as human beings employ to ensure acceptance. I talk to you guys in a different way than I talk to my family, which is different to how I talk to, say, Sarra on MSN.

Oh yeah, and happiness is paramount. There are always options if you get out of the gloomy emotional rut so many people get into. I could be way more depressed than I am now, but I'm not because (and here's the cool thing) I choose to feel good when I get up every morning. Like getting a date, it's far simpler than most people make it.
