Do you know how hard it is to have barely 3 seconds to run across the length of the hall in time for the bleep, but...the other girl only did like 3 laps O.O i was like....WTF Are You MMAADD??!!

i dunno, i liked the bleep tests. plus it's always fun watching fat people drop out after a minute.

The beep test was fucking awesome. I always looked forward to it because everyone would shit themselves when it hit 10.0 and I was still kicking ass.

Every single time, you'd think they'd have learned how fit I am.

The worst part is stopping, bloody hell, you run one way, stop, you run the other way, stop, why are the lengths so small?

The lengths are so small because it's an endurance test for acceleration I'm guessing, go figure.

 

Well, I always ended up falling flat on my face near the end because of it.

I didn't know what it was until I googled it.

 

I just googled it, and I guess I did something like it back in grade school. Did what was probably about a 10m shuttle run, but it was varied enough that they don't really compare. Never had a real beep test though.
