All sites have an ebb and flow. There are lulls much like in a hurricane, this could just be the eye of the storm, or the end of it altogether.

Do not count Loony out as far as being able to modify and change things to keep running.
But Romulation as far as what was is on life support.
I hope I am proven wrong though, as this site allowed me to meet some Shitty Fantastic people.

No really, when I was sick and could barely hold my head up, I had a few people in my mind.
And I thank you guys for it.

It was almost as fun for me reading the posts in my lurker days as it is is actually posting XD

 

Lurking is fun. But the interaction you get with folks is quite decent, hell even at times you can pick up useful info.

This site can survive even without roms, but obliviously the main nail in the coffin is the name of the site itself. It's a well known name now, and changing it would cause people confusion, then again not changing it would imply the site is still rom based. And we know it's no longer the case.
Only time will tell though, and I wouldn't count this site as dead yet.
