That's also been posted by Keikos.

Instructions to apply the crack:
1) Unzip the file in the same folder where you have the Rom.

2) Rename the rom to xms-lwwe.nds and run the sxs-lwcw.bat

3) Once you have completed the process, they should create a file called sxs-lwcw.nds, which is the hacked rom
