It wasn't malicious stuff man, it was an tutorial for downloading movies from youtube, these are programs that do it, they're even payed for it, they ain't warez, and the crashing thing, there's nothing to do with it, I mean, like if I put the URL Of the video, i change the www.youtube to www.voobys, you will just see the page that it been stored and available to download, nothing bad from it, the only diference is that you don't need a software to download.

I clicked on the link myself, first time crashed, second time-I got a pop up for find someone near you, third time crashed again. Fourth time I tried to dl a video, and my AVG kicked in and flagged it.

They won't pull anything without testing it first, so I doubt I was the only one this happened to.
You know all about viruses, so you should know that they can be slipped in there without your shield even detecting them. Same with Trojan horses, and worms
