Well, I leveled up Kyrie's Blood Skills to 7 since I got that cool 2x CP accessory, then I got the same option like when I leveled my one two slash. I pick fortified but nothing happened. I picked the other one but still, nothing happened.

 

2x cp accesory? I dun have it ???
