School is great because you get to see people your familiar with often. You often get to learn things you want to learn, and overall it's just an enriching and fantastic experience.

Some people truly take the school experience for granted.

... Oddly enough I've never been bullied.

Except for the one time in 3rd Grade, but the guy was a total wuss, so every time I made a move he would run.

    Ikr?
School isn't bad if you don't want it to be.
You can choose what you get out of school. It's just a shame that some people walk away from school with nothing. No qualifications or anything.

In the US, since a high school diploma doesn't mean as much as it does in other areas of the world, there are ways to make it up in a way if you drop out. You can apply for a GED, which is basically the equivalent to the high school diploma. You do have to take a long test proving that you have the knowledge first of course, but after that you just sort of get the GED.

I hate it though. It's just the lazy way out. Being able to take two years of high school, drop out, and still being able to walk away with an equally as important degree is just stupid.

I don't like how the US education system works for the most part. Since I've learned of how education works in places like France, I really wish that was how it was here.

Our hard work should pay off well. :)

I'm 16, live on the West Coast in the US.
I have one brother, one sister, both my parents (still together...somehow), an awesome dog, and a couple cats.
This will be my 11th year in school (Junior year).
I've been a gamer since I was three or four (go me!).
I've gotten perfect grades for my first two years of high school so far.
I want to become a Family Practitioner.
I love science, literature, and history.
    I've got some awesome friends.
I have to move soon (bleh).
