Hmm...
Indication of living of standards could be one though usually it may not exactly be accurate but it can still be used as an estimate. Real GDP was used as a main indicator of living standards too.
And err...how about used in deciding what economic policies to be used in future plannings? xD

i)the change in real GDP may not reflect true change in quantity of goods and services, example undeclared econ activity rises. Change in type of products made not considered in GDP but only quantity. Shift in resources from consumer to capital products increases living standards but in short run if economy is at edge of PPC, will experience lower living standard. Access to more and higher quality products may increase desire for more and better products at faster rate. Output may rise and quality may fall. Working conditions tend to improve over time, working hours fall, GPD may stay constant but standard living risen.

ii)Need to convert to current currency. Purchasing power parities, higher GDP may not mean higher standard of living. Uneven distribution of income.

Sorry that it's kinda messy <_< you've got some reading and sorting to do. And you need to change the English such that it refers back to GDP instead of ending the points talking about standard of living. The answers to part ii can be taken from part i as they share some common problems. Sorry if it's...a mess =P hope this helps
