But I'm no longer into rts games, i need total control, not just guideing the action...

 

There's an online MMO RTS game where you can choose to be the hero in Third Person style gameplay or the commander, doing all the RTS work.

I just sold the new transformers game on ps3, it's good but single player is short, co op is fucked (same thing but it's easier to game over) and the multiplayer modes...while fun and brainless...
