Pretty decent, I guess.

Good HP, and Sp. Defense.

Moveset is okay, I suppose.....

 

I only ever completed Emerald and all the previous games. Never bothered with the new ones =(

I guess HG is an exception since it's kinda a remake.

 

I've completed every generation, but I only started EV training during Platinum.....

 

as long as you make it to toketic as soon as possible

It has a nice stat but moveset is another story...

 

if you lack in TMs you can breed it some good moves
ancient power with serene grace is a good attack and ability for it tho

 

The thing is its spD is the only good point if not its crap...

So its better as a supporter by using safeguard and such
