But the energy cost is too much for long term battles, I'd last 2 mins before the vs (mech) runs out and then shuts down.

I prefer ammo based weapons on vs's, shotgun, grenade launcher, even a basic gattling gun works fine.

The damn lasers lack punch on other vs's, even if I had the homing laser or emp laser that freezes them its wasteful.
