Whilst I was away, I found out that a few SNES ROMs I have in my library that I got from somewhere else BEFORE I found my way here on RomUlation were badly dumped copies

Unlike RomUlation & its other rivals that place was unique in that the owner made ROM Dumps of his own cartridges & he posted them up on his site for downloads. Unfortunately, I think he was unaware that some of his ROM Dumps got eff'd up seeing no one who downloaded from his place ever said anything about it. Also, he has actual Game Cartridges that he sells via his site and he even does cartridge trading in order to fund his site. Because of this, his ROMs library is so sparse compared to RomUlation or even its other rivals, mostly composing of ROM Dumps of Cartridges that were released either in North America & Europe. He did at one time also hosted a few Final Fantasy fan translation pre patched ROMs but he did take them down.

Also, the fact that he dumps ROMs straight out of actual cartridges he may have at times made a dump from a cartridge that may be on its last legs.

That site is pretty old actually, I've known about it way back in 2003 when I still didn't have my own PC & internet & was only looking for ROMs to put on 3'5 inch Floppy disks that I play on my Actual SNES Console via a copier/Loader. And to think, I always thought that my floppies were the reason my games ended up being corrupted at parts due to my over using them when the guy's ROMs were in fact bad to begin with.

As for finding RomUlation, Pokemon was how I found my way here back in 2007 LOL!

And though I did amassed my games library thanks to RomUlation these past three years, several key games I got earlier from that guy's place. Sad thing is, a lot of those games are now banned from being hosted on here like all of Nintendo's games & several RPGs. If I'd only seen that my older files were eff'd up earlier. I should have redownloaded them from RomUlation before when I was downloading stuff from here like a sicko Thankfully I was able to get several of 'em here just now though LOL!
