Yes, I'm serious. I'm going in the next year or two with a family member.

What exactly do you mean by "different variations"? Enlighten me.

There are different variations like Chinese. Some use Traditional Chinese, some use Simplified Chinese.

    Yes. K-On!! Opening two.

"Utauyo!! MIRACLE!" which is about 160 BPM, of course, I'm not sure. Timing it now.

Sorry for the late response, mister.

    There we go.

In case you're confused, kana (Hiragana and Katakana) is what children are first taught. With kana you can write anything, but apparently you look more than uneducated if you don't use kanji. So you'll more than likely see at least two forms ( hiragana and kanji for the most part ) together in one sentence.

Just in case you don't know the difference between Hiragana and Katakana is:

Hiragana is used for native Japanese words, whereas katakana is used for "foreign" words ( Cake, bread, supermarket, your name ).

Come along. The more the merrier, my good man.

    If only I could.....

But anyway, what made you want to learn Japanese in the first place, Peach?

WoW... This is complicating. The BPM switches halfway. So I have to set it twice. or it goes out of tune.

I've always been interested in Japan in general, since I was a little girl ( Thanks to my mom and siblings ). I wanted to know what the wall scrolls and giant fans my mom hung in the living room said. I used to scribble lines on paper thinking I was writing in Japanese. ::)

I can understand Katakana since 3/4 of it is traditional chinese words.
