I like how it's all about getting stronger and better equipped all the time~

 

cos Me thinks i has bug/glitz or sumething like that in my disgaea

 

Melf, reincarnating gets your characters back to level 1, but you keep all skills and masteries, and get much higher base stats. So your character gets more powerful each time you reincarnate.
Also, you can have rank or job change.
