    yeah sure
ok the drawing itself is fine, doesn't look too disproportionate
now anime/manga put a lot of attention to details on the face, for example the eyes
so what I would recommend you is start off with practicing drawing the torso/head and after that move on with the rest of the body, but you don't have to.
I don't like drawing bodies, so I don't do them
Do things that you feel more at ease

oh and also, draw with a pencil, should be easier
and try to add some shading

I draw with pencil then ink.... I think it looks better =3
I still do the sketch style when I'm inking though, which is a problem, I tried my best to try and keep it smooth this time... But I still ended up skety XD
I've practiced eyes plenty, never bodies or heads... Hair a little bit, but not when drawing manga....

And it's hard to shade with a fine liner XD

well keep practicing boy, cause practice makes perfect ;)

and shading with ink is called graphism, difficulty depends on what you do though

I'll just do a few lines and say that's it XD
I can shade with a pencil fine...

haha well that's a problem right there :p
well then why don't you keep the pencil? Why go with something harder for you? Keep it simple

    right right
you're probably drawing with a normal pencil right? HB right?
what you can do is draw light, and after you're finished, go over the lines you want with a softer pencil. For instance I use a 4B which makes a very dark color and can easily go over those pencil line

110 - HB I go light, very light, then I experiment with a whole bunch of things without rubbing any out, then I go over it with my fine liner, I have a thinker one for fillings aswell....
I find the liner easyer to use than a pencil, it also gives me thick to thin effects which I can't do with a pencil.
