Now big question, if I turn back time while time was speeding up in a time stopped world were time has been cut for 10 seconds who would in...?

Now I must consider that the speed time and turn back time has no cool down while freeze time only lasts a few seconds and time cut only cuts 10 seconds considering these facts, If I were to speed time I can cut the effect of the speed time and kill him in the 10 second gap.
Since now I need to recover stop time will take effect and depending on the out come depends on who he attacks, attacking turn back time makes this whole battle repeat while attacking time cut would probably kill him, now we have the decision while the cool down is in effect would the turn back time have enough time to kill the stop time before he can stop time again, all turn back time has to do is touch him and he's dead.

Also the outcome would change accordingly to who attacks first and how many people.
Obviously 1 on 1 cut time.
2 on 1 speed/turn back time.
3 on 1 stop time is more of an advantage because of the hostility in between the others and gives you a good amount of time to attack.
