hey guys what the hell is going on? I copied this from the NDS section:

    NDS ROMs
The NDS ROMs are currently off-line.

The goal of RomUlation has always been to provide users with an opportunity to try out games in order to determine whether it is a game worth purchasing or not. We have always respected when publishers or developers felt RomUlation did more harm than good to the sales of their product, which is also why the NDS section is now off-line.

The ESA contacted us on behalf of their members, who had concerns that our service was doing more harm than good, so as per our goal and beliefs we have complied with their request to remove the intellectual property of their members. Since they represent a lot of companies we have decided to take the entire NDS section off-line until we can go through each of the titles and determine whether they belong to an ESA member or not.

We understand that this may frustrate users who were looking for new games to test but we hope you also understand that this is both necessary and in accordance with our beliefs.

Should premium members want a (pro-rated) refund please use the contact page to get in touch with us.

go to hell, ESA (whoever you are)

The Entertainment Software Association (ESA) is the trade association of the video game industry in the United States. It was formed in April 1994 as the Interactive Digital Software Association (IDSA) and renamed on July 16, 2003. It is based in Washington, D.C.

Most of the top publishers in the gaming world (or their American subsidiaries) are members of ESA, including Atari, Capcom, Disney Interactive Studios, Eidos Interactive, Electronic Arts, Konami, Microsoft, Midway Games, Namco Bandai Holdings, Nintendo, Sega, Sony Computer Entertainment, Square Enix, Take-Two Interactive, THQ, Ubisoft and WildTangent.

    indeed.....

well....the E games should not be affected....

Same here. I'll admit, DS games are good, but they aren't worth the amount of money you have to pay for them

Euros are worth more than a US Dollar, so they're paying more than us for the same shitty games.

No, that is against the rules.

Send me a PM if you're that desperate.
