I hope you were not being serious. My mom's monthly income is 250SD, which is like 180USD. I got this computer only because my mom had some sort of big job thing. So she got around 10 thousand. But 3/4 of it was used to pay the bills that she had been loaning for 3-4 months. The remaining went to the required computer.

In Australia, you can have a pension and still have internet, you can also have a cheap computer that can run resident evil 5 (my laptop just runs it -not the best but it works )
