T-Elos is THE BEST support character IMO
Can be used to hold enemies in the air,and the barrier can break guard VERY FAST

Aledy breaks the guard only with one strike : And I think it's best to give the fastest char in your group this mech-with-wings (forgot the name since everything's in jap ), stun on the beginning of the turn is awesome.

 

Abend gives 50% Stun :
Fighter Roa gives Hot Blood
