In EXCEED, Suzuka might be slowly edging towards this: in addition to her high natural speed that she had in the first game, getting high hitcounts (which she's good at) now also serves to restore a set % of your SP after battle. This is further aided by the fact that one of her attacks normally tosses the enemy high into the air to be bounced in the air on top of her fans, but if combined with a support attack that holds the enemy in place, they'll instead be hit repeatedly for massive amounts of damage and number of hits, and with the right spirit skill, this can be repeated up to 2 times per turn. Her multitarget Overdrive also has the second highest hitcount when used against 3 enemies, her menu attack that first heals a random party member or enemy for tons of HP and then hits an equally random party member or enemy for equally massive amounts of damage might be even more useful due to enemies having less HP overall and finally, she has an ability that revives and heals everyone fully. Her main weaknesses are her relatively low HP and defense, though.


I still don't think she gets Game Breaker status,and the revieve move cost 90% COM -.-
