In the Japanese version of the episode she's introduced in, Lizlet thinks that Yuto, Himari et al are "Ghost Busters" who have followed her across the world. Obviously Peter, Ray and Egon's little hole-in-the-wall enterprise has expanded into international prestige after the defeat of Vigo the Carpathian, and has set up "Satelite" Ghostbuster stations across the world, or at least to Europe, which Lizlet is explicatly stated to be from.

Suzuka's not born a fighter thus her bra was so tight that it shrunk down her breasts. For a quadruple-digit year, she gets used to that tight bra and is the Pettanko we all know and love. And for the record, there might be other female onis like her that missed our attention.
