okay, i'll explain it the best way i can : (before all, change layer style to RGB, make new layer(s) then change layer style to
overlay or whatever you can use to make the pic color-fied lol)
first click the quick selection tool
then go to the layer of the pic
then select the part you want to color first; ie. if you wanna color the hair first then select the hair but don't select the part that is not part of the hair ie. eyes, skin or hair clips :
then go to the layer (blank / overlay layer in short the layer i told you to make) :-\
then use the paint bucket (idk, the other tool with the gradient) then fill the selected part ???
repeat the steps then finish
