The rent of this house I'm currently living will expire at the end of July.
There were 3 person here, 1 person decided to move to another place.
With only 2 person, the full price needs to be shared with only 2 people, and this house has some problem like leaking rooftop.

And the choice down to either move to another place too, or stay here and fix the problem.

 

Which solution is cheaper?
