Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday I have class at 7 AM.

Wish I know any local store that sells PSP around here....
I'm gonna try my luck on Sunday.

Finding a hackable or already hacked one is the problem

I think hYpNoS said if the OFW is above 5.03 then you're out of luck.
If the place you're going to buy sell pirated games, there's a high chnce the PSP is already hacked though, like mine.
