I like South Park too and all, but when was the last time they made an episode that wasn't just social commentary?

    Last week's & tomorrow's episode isn't.

    Major Bad News:

    Uh-oh!

This week's episode seems to be very controversial indeed. For those of you who haven't seen it yet (me included), it seems Comedy Central had to censor kill the episode, even to go as far as bleeping out Mohamed's name being said per se.

If you go to the southparkstudios link I posted earlier you'll see a notice that they (southparkstudios) do not have network clearance to air the episode.

And according to this post episode discussion thread over at mrtwig's.net:

    http://mrtwig.net/board/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=6916

A lot of those who were fortunate enough to have seen the episode were disappointed. Also according to one poster on there, the episode was not re-run on midnight (U.S. Time).

    So yeah, what the hell?

Yeah, this is bullshit :( South Park isn't for kids, why to censor it...? Stupid fags :(

Maybe Comedy Central doesn't want any insane Muslim extremist Suicide bombers from "visiting" their premises.

Yeah, Well if all else fails Matt & Trey can upload this week's episode on New Grounds right?

Also, I do understand Comedy Central's stand on the matter. But still, they (Comedy Central) shouldn't give in to extremist/terrorist demands like that because as people on mrtwig's.net said, what they're (Comedy Central) doing is giving in to fear & depriving people's (the media in particular) right to free speech.

On the other hand, several people DO abuse the right for free speech but in the case of South Park I do think Matt & Trey do know when to use proper restraint if necessary.

Methinks they cannot upload it to Newgrounds, they have an agreement with Comedy Central, and they would sure be pissed if the did that...

the new episode is available on allabout-sp.net,

CC have destroy the show with censorship.

i hope Matt & Trey will upload the uncensored version soon.

Scott Tenorman and Willzyx return XD

well this isnt the 1st time CC puss out..

i bet they censor kyles "i learn something today" speech is because they feel like it was directed to them.

edit: well if anyone feel to file a complain to Comedy Central -> Comedy Central Question and Comment

Thanks for that link Cal :)

Now time to let Comedy Central have a piece of my mind LOL!

Also, the episode along with others are available at mrtwig's.net, I'm just kinda scared to download them seeing as mrtwig's.net now uploads their torrents on thepiratebay & I'm kinda iffy downloading there.

They censored Muhammed as a joke. Comedy Central was the one who censored Stan and Kyle's "lesson". I don't get why, the guys on NG said their lesson was about fear and intimidation.

It's pretty obvious you didn't know about the whole, "You can't depict the Muslim Prophet in any manner whatsoever" issue the episodes were talking about, didn't you?

What they did to Kyle's speech at the end is an outrage... But the truth about Cartman's father is epic xP

no, as i recall muhammad is censored by CC only in Cartoon Wars, the muhammad in episode 200 and 201 is censored as joke as well as a ref on Cartoon Wars. But CC further censored the word muhammad in episode 201.

Towelies return? got to put on my "I hate Towelie" T-Shirt XD
