Shinigami's sigs are nice as always, but it's just that...
it's empty compared to the other sigs...

Shin's sig rather... incomplete... but that's just me, maybe for you it's complete.
like the effect behind is water splashing, but it's just that...

 

it looks good, i find often sigs are to busy with over the top backgrounds.

and it should mean something too, being that the focus should be on the summer element not a crazy background.

i'm a little disapointed that no one tried to be creative and only went with a standard sig style (anime or similar render on background).
