So how much do you love noodles?

I used to love noodles ... especially the spicy flavoured ones. Then I got told that noodles were actually really fattening!! So I've had to cut them out since I used to have a couple of packets everyday because I was too lazy to bring healthy food to work.... And now that I'm going into a physical job with authority I can't eat that crap :-[ I had to divorce my noodles.....
