    its hit or miss but if they did catch ya...
    no problem for the minors though.


    either way, can someone take a laptop and go to a Mc. Donalds or dunkin doughnuts, err, library, any local wifi spot, confirm wether your able to run downloads from them?

    i am sadly without wifi laptop, only 166mhz pentium1 laptop.

    It works but as long as you aren't downloading stuff that would cost a lot or is secretish

    do they come over your shoulder and watch you download? i would assume they somehow limit it. and thats all.

    They can't, they can either have connections download limits or they can have timed ones but they can't tell what you were doing
