Should RomU have a torrent section

I understand them, but on The Pirate Bay they have tons of torrents with viruses.

 

Ive been downloading torrents for 5 years now,and ive downlaoded and upload terrabytes after terrabtyes worth of content.
Including programs,cracks,patches,keygens etc etc

Viruses are commonly found in software torrents.
So you aint gonna downlaod a torrent from the bottom of a list from a unknown torretn site,coz then your just asking for it.And Ive NEVER cought a virus,because im torrent smart,and i use my commonsense

Sites like PB and isohunt give you the option of sorting by seeders,so you go for the popular torrents.
And if they have a virsus,its either a false posative(where prgrams think a keygen,crack etc etc contains a virus because it behaves like a virus) or your using shite AV liek Nortan or AVG.

Come on guys,if you dont know how to use,or have little knowledge of torrents,dont vote.

Also i second what Seph said
Speh and Looney will be the ones who make the torrents,so ther is a 100% guarantee that it will be virus free

if seph liked it and there is no problem.
then why don't you simply add the torrents?

after all the autority is you and the mods is your site so you can choose if you want or not the torrent no?

the opinion of the users is a bit irrelevant in the end

Well I'm all go for it, I'll happily seed whatever I download. The only thing I can now think of, for people saying no, is the people who have a slow connection as it doesn't affect them or don't have common knowledge of Torrents.

I think however if the existing roms are as they are (anything below 700mb to be a direct download) and everything else starting from gamecube to be torrented, I think it'll be great, if the torrents are only done by romU staff, it's gonna be safe as hell.
