I've tried them both, the Move has far superior accuracy and speed over the Wiimote(even with MotionPlus). The Move's not going to go anywhere however, unless Sony can pull some decent games for it. Sports champions is good, but more of a casual party game than anything. The other demos I tried ranged from the awful (looking at you eyepet) to the interesting (Tumble) to the ludacris (Start the Party) to the promising (The Shoot). I wouldn't go out and buy a PS3 to get the Move, but it's worth at least picking up the starter pack if you already own one.

I have both, but there's nearly no different. I haven't really noticed any difference between the move controller and the Wiimote + Wiimotion plus. Besides that the Move has a bit of lag when aiming on a screen. And that the Wiimotion plus needs to recalibrated a lot.

Hmm...I've never noticed the lag. The Move needs to be recalibrated more often than should be necessary too. Why can't I save my calibration settings to my HDD instead of setting them again every time I want to play a game?

    Like the wii fit.

It's only noticeable on games that require aiming, like RE5 and The Shoot.

Wouldn't Sony win the case by a long shot? Even if it was legitimate.

yes, the judge would say 'why have you brought this case' and dismiss it, probably awarding costs to sony.
