Shock collar for cats?

Shoot the cat, then shoot the squirrel and then shoot yourself. Sorted.

 

I know a guy named treec_cynda. There is a bitch hanging around that I want to shoot. I put money on the decorative ice block that is in my yard. treec_cynda realized that the bitch will go to the ice block to get the money, so now he is sitting there on a daily basis so he can try to catch the bitch. Can anyone tell me how to make or buy a shock collar for people?

anyway on topic dood dont get a shock collar and dont kill the squirrel(may be annoying but there are more humane ways to deal with it)

 

Step 1: Get Inunah to run bath
Step 2: Get Inunah to get into bath
Step 3: Put iron/hair dryer/microwave in bath
