Skill Cracking is majorly important - your party leaders can't learn stronger skills and whatnot without it. I was somewhat lucky... Hustle is a great Active Skill to have.

 

You'll begin to crack skills at 13:00 day one. You have until the end of the battle, so crack it with with whoever you set it on. Remember there's emails with tutorials and explanations if you need a recap.

Also, Ice Dance is Yuzu or MC's best skill early on, simply because it can hit the entire line about twice if you're lucky for 15-30 damage a hit, on STR-to-Normal resistance and to 50-60 on WEAK demons.

Any missions that involve you protecting things early on, you should keep three demons with Devil Speed/Switch in the backup pile. I've lost on a story battle twice, because I didn't use demons that had high manuverablity. Against Wendigo, if you're having alot of trouble, I recommend hitting him with Ogre's Racial Skill Bind, and just kite him with one unit while the other two finish up the units in the corner, and then go all out on him. Remember to take out units on the side of the leader for more exp, esp on enemies who try to run like Wendigo, because he runs for the team that has three Dias on it, (Team Pixie). It becomes real hard to stop him if you don't take out his flight demon.

...and this is just for the first boss. I love this game.

It's not that bad. That was just an analysis of losing about five times early on, because I didn't go in unprepared.

It is not really that complicated, it's a 'suck it and see' game, in that you will loose battles so you will need to re-organise and try a different approach and if that does not work try again. It does force you to do a little thinking which for me is the mark of a good game, but the mechanics of the game are not at all esoteric.

 

It's alot easier then Knights in the We Have Seventy Tutorials You Should Spend Two Hours On.

 

God damn don't remind me of those tutorials >_>

 

Also, the game introduces these functions to you in a manner that's reasonable, and the characters actually discuss the new features, and how to use it in a way.

Do some free battles, crack every skill possible. You don't have the Cathedral of Shadows open, so you can't fuse but you can open up more demons in auction.

 

i cant get past wendigo at all. the other demons get to me and start to have a circle rape and they heal alot too. wendigo has alot of defence and its ticking me off T.T

 

Haha, I knew cracking Anti-Ice would pay off eventually! I set it on one of Hero's passive slots and was receiving 3 damage from bufu. Though I got totally wasted anyways, it was a fun test. Gonna free battle for awhile and get some more experience with my demons, hopefully get some skills for my brutes, and of course crack some Race-D's.

 

Get the Crack : Anti-Ice and the skill that raise your critical 25%(forgot its name) from free battle or free battle(hard).
It should make your battle easier..
try to Gangbang him.

 

Or you can continually spam his weaknesses, while healing with your characters and/or demons outside of battle. I didn't get Ice Dance, but Anti-Ice was pretty useful in, I dunno, keeping MC alive?

 

Anti-ice is for Yuzu..i think...

 

i am at day 5 now. Man, they can have different situations. There is one where Keisuke dies and another in which he is alive i think
