Move and Speed are important - they dictate how many spaces you can move per turn and how often you get to move. As for the stats... That's not too bad. You're a bit on the slow side, but make that up with good Vitality and strong offenses...

The best to aim for, however, is this...

St - 14
Ma - 22
Vi - 15
Ag - 16

Why? So you can get the following Skills... Once you have those, Hero and his entire team will be invincible.

Command - Prayer, Power Hit, Megido(laon).
Passive - Life Lift, Victory Cry, Ares Aid.
Auto - Healing.

My hero at level 45 on day 5..
stats :-
ST = 21
MA = 8
VI = 16
AGI = 17

I focused on ST and rest of his team is MA and ST..

I got Midori and Keisuke join the team..

Hero's team can generally take anything on by itself... They recover a massive amount of health before battle starts, recovers at least half their HP after battle has ended and Hero has access to insanely powerful attacks with a high Critical Hit rate. I can't see anything causing me problems since Hero is capable of taking everything thrown at him.

Mighty Hit is an attack with an automatic Critical. Other than that, the Passive Abilities called Hero Aid and Ares Aid increase your Critical Hit chance by 25% and 50% respectively.
