i get 150-180 kbps from the plan 999 of pldt but lately the dsl always turns off for 5 mins then resumes again...
so fellow pinoys what do you think is the best isps out there im about to switch the net is resumed but with a slow speed and 2 days ago when there is no connection no phone line i got angry when i got the bills!! no rebate mom was angry too and the bills is not one but two bills from last month :-\ they even forgot about last month's bill poor customer service... ahh.. greed... well, prepaid is always the way to save money and the smart broadband has a prepaid, but smart and pldt are sister company so you get the idea, ask somebody who use globe types...
most of the problem was in the caller due to bad temper, but anybody can put himself in his position, the girl is also at fault for being melodramatic and stupid for not pressing the mute button when talking back shit. well, thats life and the guys phone number is still working. try and call him

I feel you bhatooth... My connection was down once, and we called PLDT, and you know what thy said? "Puntahan po namin kayo next week, kasi malayo po bahay ninyo." translation: "We'll come to your house next wekk, cuz your house is pretty far." So we were like "what kind of service is that?!" but fine, we let them. so a week passes and nobody comes, we call again. and they say "Maghintay naman po kayo, mahirap kasi ayusin, next week po." translation: "Will you please wait, it's hard to fix, we'll come next week." hard to fix...HARD TO FIX?! HOW CAN THEY SAY IT'S HARD WHEN THEY DIDN'T EVEN COME?! geez.
