Please use thumbnails on large images though.
We had this problem before, and I requested they start keeping the image smaller.

Which is why I showed you how to use an imagehost with thumbnailing capabilities for easy use.

 

those image we posted weren't THAT big...

 

I'd actually prefer every image to be thumbnailed, but I know you guys aren't going to be doing that.
So anything 480 pixels or higher(or longer) should be.

You have to realize that numerous large images screws with the forum layout. And if there are a couple dozen even 800x600 images on a single page, and you are trying to read a post, as the images load the whole posts get shifted downward. This is especially noticeable when you follow a link to a specific post in this forum, the location loads first, then the images load, and you are no longer at the correct location.

It wasn't that big, compared to some of the 2000pixel images these guys were posting before.

My 22 inch monitor can go up to 1680x1050. Some of the images posted could not even fit half of it on my screen.

Now I like high quality boobage as much as the next person, but it was ridiculously huge, and they all should be thumbnails or links rather than the whole image posted.
