Just finish Kamen Rider Kabuto God Speed Love, now that is a good watch I may say so myself.

 

you know, i always wonder why do Super Sentai\Power Ranger and Kamen Rider offen take thier sweet time to Henshin..... isnt that thier weakness? and the monster just stand there and watch them henshin, isnt that the best time to attack when they are doing all those henshin movement.

 

Actually Cal, the Henshin transformations happen very fast, like as in a split second, the show only let's us see the henshin happening so we can marvel at the change from zero to hero. Have you seen the latest Kamen Riders, because everything's done in CG now henshin transformations seem to happen faster.

 

well i didnt watch any new kamen rider..... the last one that i watch is blade and thier henshin (just flip the belt, swap the card for charlie) is certain faster then the gen 1 kamen rider.

and one other thing is some of the gen1 kamen rider is made by the bad guys, why the bad guy doesnt put a fail safe system on them..... so when the kamen rider go berserk they can just stop them by pushing the button. But then that isnt much of a story though.

Step1: Shocker made Kamen rider
Step2: Kamen rider broke free
Step3: Shocker push the stop button
Step4: Shocker correct any mistake on that Kamen Rider
Step5: Kamen Rider help Shocker to take the world.

 

Ask the guys who made those first gen riders why they made such a weird plot

But actually, even in some Anime, that plot is the basic starting point. Remember Dragonball? Goku was originally supposed to be a ruthless blood thirsty warrior, but after being found by grandpa Gohan & hitting his head after a fall, Goku became this kewl hero.

 

ya maybe i should find the creator of gen 1 Kamen rider and ask him why.

and Kamen Rider No.2 is created to fight Kamen Rider No.1, but still Kamen Rider No.2 able to run away same as Kamen Rider No.1.... i guess the Shocker wasnt very smart, they repeat the same mistake twice.

 

It's because though most of the riders were produce (either by turning a guy into a cyborg or an alien encounter), the person inside was not robbed of his humanity & it's this humanity that helps him overcome the evil programming done to him & do the right thing.

I remembered another Anime with the same plot, Duel Masters, didn't the greatest duelist, Hukuho got brainwashed into thinking that duels are supposed to be ruthless regain his humanity after Shobu beats him & shows him the joy of dueling (whatever the heck that is).

 

Hukuho? the guy that use Light deck?

anyway Duel Master anime wasnt very good.....

 

I was just citing an example, oh here's another. Remember Tommy as the Green Ranger? Same plot

 

oh, i see, but atleast gorgom didnt repeat the mistake they did with Shadow Moon.

 

If I recall correctly, Blacksun (Kamen Rider Black) manage to fight for his life & escape before Gorgom's men finished his transformation operation, so he was able to retain his humanity, unlike his brother Shadowmoon who got fully worked to be the bad ass he is.

 

yup, thanks to his father..... although the only thing that havnt complete is brainwashing, all other part is completed....

but from what i heard though the henshin part for black sun is suppost to be domant... until gorgom shock minami kotaro in the bill board and reactivate his henshin function causing him to suddenly henshin afterward.

but then, that is just what i heard....

 

BTW the reason why the riders take their time to henshin (doing their henshin poses) is because it's actually a transformation stabilizer, you can see it on Kamen Rider Spirits when Taki teachers the henshin pose to Murasame.

 

Kamen Rider Hibiki is currently being aired on local TV here but I gotta say this one's way too weird

There's this 14 year old Nobita Nobii (of Doraemon fame) kind of guy who seems to have a boner for the main hero Kamen Rider Hibiki. He keeps following the guy like an inlove asshole & the ending credits theme seems "gay" too, it always starts off with Hibiki walking towards something (the camera is behind him) then he'd turn to see who's behind him as if he felt someone was stalking him & the camera would always switch to the boy behind him who smiles as if he's so delighted & all giggly inside that Hibiki looks right back at him.

And mind you this boy is totally useless (as of the episodes I've seen as of yet) he doesn't do nothing

 

Actually I'm watching Decade now..... Though I didn't like the change in Ryuki's world...

 

i love Ryuki and Blade, because it have card game inside it XD

 

Then you'll like Decade.... only if he wasn't cheap....

Ryuki was kinda like Digimon Tamers with the card power-ups, Blade kinda like Yu-gi Oh!

 

I know, it's good... Only if Tsukasa wasn't an idiot....
