First, you need to attach like 3 ropes/3 vines/3 wires (try adding a CHORD) to the ice block, burn the rope with thunder, torch, or fire, then keep running to the left, then when the rope snap, you'll pull the ice lock safety on land, then break or thaw the ice and voila!! try using the walkthroughs, keep guessing like STRING (guitar) and you'll reach the prodigy.
