When I was little and played Resident Evil for the first time. . .I cried. TwT Of course I was I think, four years old. Still I get scared easily~
Playing Siren Blood Curse and the Fatal Frame series during the night recording it can really make you paranoid.
mmm i like horror movies ALOT but i dont play that much horror games and evn if i did i usually dont get scared at all but sometimes when u concentrate too much on a game and a lets say a sudden noise such as gun fires surpise me LOL......i usually get that experience from mw2 ._.
I dunno about Siren, but godamn, try playing Fatal Frame 2/3 at night with Headphones, that shit will make you paranoid, both inside and outside the game LOL
scariest moment ever is playing any actually scary zombie game at two o'clock in the morning and have someone slam into your room while sleepwalking... it's happened to me three times now...
I got freaked when I played Silent Hill: Shattere Memories for the psp, It's kinda funny because I was playing in class and my friend was watchin and we both had headphones, and we screamed when we saw the monsters and would run into a building into another one ahahahaha! My first Silent Hill Expirience ftw! XD
Yup especially when the little creepy girl pops up when you don't expect it, like you climb of a ladder and then u see her for a secondd....
When I had a seizure attack from playing Lufia 2: Rise of the Sinistrals for the first time. I think it was the flashing "recovery" animation in the game that is triggered by you stepping on those recovery floor tiles that triggered it.
"Generator Room" From Crash Bandicoot 1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rxbu2gCz1h0&feature=related Deadpan cortex Trumps tails doll imo.
The first game had its scary moments, but the sequels just milked the whole concept. I just remembered, Fatal Frame was also kinda scary because it came out during that whole Asian scary movie fad.
I can't wait until Dead Space 2, I hope it's scarier then the first. First one was fairly scary first time through, not knowing what to expect and all, but second time through you can just say "Fuck the lot of ya!" and whip out your full upgrade kill-a-majig 3000 and send them all to alien zombie hell. I actually might have to pick the game up again if it's cheap...
I only played a few minutes of one of them. I forget which one. But it just kinda lacked gameplay for me. It wasn't involved or anything. Just walking around and looking at things that were "scary".
