Save problem

    yes they can, it is the obtaining of it that is illegal, not the possession. Making a backup does not constitute obtaining a backup, downloading/buying/copying from a friend does.

    correct, but I would not like to rely on it in a court case as they would try to get you on a technicality and then you're at the mercy of the judge.
