There's a lot of talking compared to other RPGs.

And its hard to do your special move....
You need 5 of those BP :p
    I just performed one

Yeah, special moves are only seen on boss fight since mobs can't survive a 6 hit combo.

    TIPS
Anyway, if you want to see all special moves and make the game a walk in the park, customize your furry to lvl 7 and choose "fortified ability" as a bonus and chain your attack. You will always get BP close to 6 all the time.

Don't bother upgrading your spells. All you need is the heal spell which heals quite alot even at lvl 1.

    HELP!
It is in Azure tower right side (First PrimalLord). I knocked down the jar that barred the flood gate early on and I can't cross going to the right stairs with a treasure chest.

Anyone care to tell me what's in that treasure chest and beyond? I haven't explored that part. :(

Just patched the rom with the undub, and I was wondering did anyone encounter problems, like if you save your game from the menu, and return back to playing; the music kinda freezes (and sometimes, the game itself).

Does this happen to anyone who has patched the rom to the undub version?

Awesome game btw, I adore the Xenosaga style fight system :D

Not really,I'm using the undub and I didn't notice anything like that.

This 'talking', is called dialogue. This is what we call character development.

Tell me, do you play RPGs solely for the gameplay?

Thank you very much for telling me that./s
It feels more forced down my throat then character development.
The first hour I played it they talked more then I controlled my character.
And character development happens slowly throughout the whole game, not during the first 5 minutes of the game.

agree, the dialogue is a bit long and too be honest, i'm a bit sleepy when playing it for the first time

    I dunno.

But I enjoy more the talk then the game itself :x
Most enemys are easy kills. Ignoring boss fights.

Game seens pretty easy to me. Normal Boss attacks hit me for 1 always. meanswhile specials hit for 30~40. (only one heal recover 170~200, and i can still attack).

Btw, fortyfy ability sounds obvius to me. (Toss 4 FTW). But what means the +2 Custon gauge?

King of 'watch cutscenes & listen to talking heads more than actually playing the game' is Xenosaga - which is a successor to Xenogears, which was made by some of the same team members. ;o

What, you're complaining about only 5 minutes of dialogue?
    Damn...

Can always press start and cut the dialogue :V
(The game is pretty straight forward, there is no need to listen everything)

BTW anyone finding the game easy?
I find strange to see Bosses hitting 1 and misses.

Snake Rex was the only boss so far that managed to deal some decent damage. >_>

Agreed. There's not much involvement of the player, it's just a simple move to point A to point B and wait for something. Not much of a player interaction.

The Dream team might be rusty in this game. :)
