The first one is D-tecnoLife by UVERworld. The 2nd OP of BLEACH.
I am a fan of UVERworld and actually recognized the song because of it. I have seen the anime, but I tend to skip the openings and endings in order to not waste time. ^o^

I am sure I've got the second on DDR, but can't remember which song it is... Aaah, it's driving me crazy.... (But apparently I am too lazy to check)

Anyways, thought I should also contribute:

Yes, it truly is.
I decided to use Sailor Moon lyrics, because it had the biggest chance of being recognized among many shoujo titles.
A hint:
1st one is from a popular shounen series that even has its own movie.
3rd one is from an anime that is a parody/satire, also shounen

Nope, actually the anime was released year after Get Backers^^
According to wikipedia, the genre would be "Adventure, Science fantasy, Steampunk", lol.
