Can't find the universal code pattern to be patched

I'm on Windows 7, the error may be due to that? Please reupload my two pre-patched roms ...

Use the SoulSilver version on SoulSilver ROM, and vice versa for HeartGold.
There are 2 patches, but they are hosted on other sites.

EDIT: Then use the file hosted on the other site.

The patch does not work :S
There must be a big problem with the compatibility between the patch and my OS :S

Are you sure you use the correct patch?

Like you don't use HeartGold with the SoulSilver patch?

Yes I am sure that I use the correct patch for the rom good in these waters there I am not a beginner just had to show me just what connection he had to take Anyway I have always this message Error: S WHY?
Can you please reupload them?

i downloaded the prepatched (u) rom for heartgold. i used the save i used from the unpatched rom and am continuing it on the prepatched rom. i've already froze a few times on the prepatched rom. do i need to start a new game and not used my old save file? or does the prepatched rom just not work? if anyone has testesd the prepatched rom for heartgold did you experience any freezes? i'm using demume 9.4 btw. thank you very much to whoever replies. sigh i still can't find a fix for pokemon lol

I also seeks version (EUR) but pre-patched because when I want to patch the rom there is always an error message: S. So if you ever managed to patch you could upload it?
